Her expertise spans marketing operations, martech, go-to-market strategies, email marketing, demand generation, and lifecycle marketing. She thrives on building from the ground up and scaling businesses.
Monarch was born from her extensive experience in transformative roles. At Grammarly, she was the founding Marketing Operations hire, building cross-functional infrastructure that enabled the company’s transition from B2C to a B2B2C product-led growth organization. She also developed martech and data systems to empower Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.
During a period of 100%+ annual growth at WeWork, she developed and scaled the global email marketing program, implementing automation to optimize customer and lead lifecycles. At Modular, she applied her expertise across B2C, B2B, and D2C models, serving roles ranging from fractional/interim CMO to hands-on marketing execution.

Lenore is a technology transformation executive who helps high-growth companies rapidly scale their enterprise technology to achieve aggressive business goals.
Formerly with WeWork, Bank of America, and MTV Networks, she has deep experience leading complex change at global companies across diverse industries during high growth and economic headwinds.
She is currently a fractional CIO/CTO helping midsized companies create and execute a strategic technology roadmap to enable growth goals and is an Advisory Board member to start-ups.
Becky Yang Palmon
Becky is a venture partner at The Fund/Everywhere Ventures. She is an operator, advisor, and angel investor. Her background spans two decades in investment banking, startups, VC, and foundations in New York, London, Hong Kong, Beijing, and LA (Summit, WeWork, Clinton Foundation, Citigroup, and others).
Becky serves on the board of the Rainforest Foundation and is a mentor for several startup accelerators.
She is a former yoga teacher, ultra-marathoner, and master scuba diver. Mama of two kids and puppy Barkley.
